We got our start from a mobile showroom bringing samples to your home. From there we have grown, through repeat customers and customer satisfaction, to be one of the most respected names in floor covering in Northern Maine. We provide completely installed products from plush Nylon and Olefin to Ceramic Tile and Hardwood. Our trained staff of professional installers is able to make your home look better than ever before. We employ three installers, cutting down any waiting time to almost nil. The Carpet Barn features everything for the do-it-yourselfer from Peel'N'Stick tile to commercial grade Vinyl Composition Tile. We have a large selection of in stock products such as 7 racks of Vinyl from Congoleum, Tarkett and Armstrong. We have a complete line of Laminate floors, carpet remnants in all sizes and widths, and an Oriental Room second to none in Northern Maine. Choose from the latest styles of ceramic tile, and have the product professionally installed by Fred's son Jason, our resident Ceramic tile Specialist.
